Who is Spyrosoft AdTech and what do you do? 

Michael Sweeney: Spyrosoft AdTech is a software development company that specialises in AdTech & MarTech. 

We are part of Spyrosoft Group, a global software development company and one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe.  

Companies partner with us to design and build advertising and marketing software to facilitate the buying, selling, and measurement of digital media across a range of channels, including display, in-app mobile, DOOH, connected TV (CTV) and retail media. 

Why do you exist? 

Radosław Kostecki: As a company, we exist to help our clients succeed by building custom software that drives growth through new revenue opportunities, cost efficiency, and innovation. 

One of the most important things to us as a company is building a partnership with our clients, a partnership that’s based on trust, transparency, and reliability. 

What types of software do you build? 

Grzegorz Łukaszewicz: As a team, we’ve been designing and building advertising and marketing technology for over 16 years and we can build all kinds of solutions, from programmatic advertising software and real-time bidding (RTB) technology to data platforms.  

What are your AI development capabilities and what are you doing in this area? 

Paweł Wacławczyk: There’s a lot of hype and excitement around AI and its application in programmatic advertising and digital marketing. 

But the thing that our clients are constantly telling us is that they want to cut through the noise around AI and really understand how AI, from a software development perspective, can deliver real business outcomes – whether that be to optimise inefficiencies, automate processes, reduce costs, increase productivity or all of the above. 

Together with Spyrosoft’s internal AI engineering team, we’re working with new and existing clients to identify how AI can be applied to their business in a meaningful and impactful way. 

We’ve already developed a number of AI-powered tools for programmatic advertising and digital marketing, such as our AI Media Planner tool. 

Which types of companies do you work with? 

Bartosz Mocek: We work with a range of companies, but predominately we work with tech companies, ad agencies, publishers, media and entertainment companies, and retailers. 

The good thing about us is that our engagement model is quite flexible. Sometimes we’ll act as the main development team and other times we’ll act as an extension of our client’s internal teams. 

How do you differ from other software development companies? 

Radosław Kostecki: Building advertising and marketing technology requires a specific set of skills. 

We understand the complex inner workings of AdTech & MarTech and it’s this domain knowledge, coupled with our technical expertise, that allows us to deliver quality software solutions to our clients.
